Not a financial advisor

Very occasionally, articles will be posted on the subject of budgeting, purchases, precious metals, or other financial related topics. Lisa Bedford, nor any of the contributing writers to The Survival Mom, are paid investment counselors or advisors. Lisa is not employed by any company, nor is she a stockholder in any company.

Not a public accommodation

As a private information service, The Survival Mom is not a “public accommodation” and is therefore exempt from all Federal regulations, including the American Disabilities Act (ADA).

Not a doctor nor an attorney

Lisa Bedford is not a doctor, nor does she give medical advice. Occasional advertisements for any medical device, treatment, drug, or food supplement is solely the responsibility of the advertiser and are in no way endorsed or accredited by Lisa Bedford or The Survival Mom blog, or its principals. The Survival Mom blog is not responsible for the use or misuse of any product advertised on this blog site.

Emails from The Survival Mom blog are sent to subscribers on a weekly basis and occasionally will promote a special event or product sale. Your privacy is guaranteed by the email services used, Aweber and MadMimi. We will never knowingly share them.

Right of non-association

The Survival Mom is an entirely private information service that is the sole property of Lisa Bedford and made available to others as a form of free personal expression under her de jure Preamble Citizen’s right as later guaranteed in the First Article in Amendment to the Constitution. The Survival Mom is not a “public accommodation” and it is preemptively exempt from any forced or coerced accommodation, via legislation (or bureaucratic interpretation thereof) or any dictate, directive, or decree by any agency of government or by any non-government organization, or by any individual under any future “Fairness Doctrine” or similar rule. Lisa Bedford reserves the right to refuse service (to wit: to refuse posting, linking, or mention of anyone or anything, at my sole discretion) to any person, agency, corporation, or other entity. These reservations are made for the sake of maintaining sound business practices, competitiveness, and to maintain the owner’s moral and religious principles.
