One of my favorite quotes "Poor Planning on your part does not constitute an Emergency on mine". That pretty much sums it up for people that think they are just going to move in with me when TSHTF.

My Mother in laws favrate is the Lord will take of me.

i still have crates of stuff from my Y2K days and have lost alot of stuff when i lost my home so i am on a rebuild plan right now..i am the survivial/prep person for our church so im always telling people what to do..i love it*G*

It may not be the end of the world, but a few people, I fear it is. And for many others, they'll likely have nightmares about today's events. This just happened less than one mile from my job.

What if this were my office building? What if I had to evacuate? What if there were people with cuts and burns? I could help them because I've got my car emergency kit ready. I've also got an alternate route home planned in case the highway is still clogged. As my husband likes to say…"belt and suspenders." Have a plan, and have a backup. My prayers for the rescue workers, victims and the pilot.

After sharing my prepping plans with 2 girlfriends one stated: I'll just go to McDonalds and feed my family on the dollar menu. My other friend said, "I'll just move back in with my mama and daddy" (she has a family of four). So sad!

For heaven's sake! Find out what she still owns and make her an offer!! I wonder if she and her family have any type of insurance or do they just trust in the Lord in case their house burns down or they're in a car accident.

A friend actually told me she prepped her family for Y2K and are STILL sitting on "stuff" they haven't used.
This time they're just "trusting the Lord."
