		<description>If you keep it in the the buckets with oxygen absorbers in the house where it is cooler it should be good for 5-10 years.  From experience I will tell you to try to rotate it in 1-2 years for best flavor.  It will start to taste stale over time.  Just another little FYI if you didn&#039;t put it in the buckets it should be okay for about 1 year.  Hope that helps. </description>

		<description>hi.....thx all the good tips and info. i just put up a 6 gallon bucket of rice and one of sugar. i have quite abit of flour i got at the store.white flour.still in paper pkg&#039;ing.can i put it in a 6 gallon bucket with oxygen absorbers and mylar?does anyone know how long that would keep?i am planning on this for my 3 month storage but would like to know how long it would keep. thank you,have a great day. </description>
