		<description>Doing, is the important thing.  Setting goals is great, but doing them consistently is the key.  Also...not doing...like not eating the fatty foods you used to.  I&#039;m big on working out or getting some type of excercise.  Staying active.  if the stink hit&#039;s the fan, we will all perform according to how good of shape we are in.  Sorry to say that but it&#039;s probably true.  So my suggestion, work on fitness goals and put them near the top of your list. </description>
