BOOK RECOMMENDATION: Eat That Frog!
It’s pretty amazing, actually, that I’m as well prepared as I am for emergencies. My family knows that I am typically a world class procrastinator.
A couple of years ago I came across a book that has taken the edge off my procrastination tendencies, Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy. Of course I’ve applied his principles to other areas of my life, but it has significantly paid off in my preparedness efforts.
From the back cover of the book, “There’s an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frong, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that it’s probably the worst thing you’ll do all day.”
For us SurvivalMoms, if we start putting together that 72 Hour Kit, it’s like eating a live frog! If we sit down to clip coupons to save money on our food storage, down goes another frog, and so on. You’ll glean many great ideas to help you along your preparedness journey.

I enjoy Brian Tracy’s work. He can relate and communicate his ideas very quickly.
I have been putting off survival training and getting rid of unneeded things around the home.
