I loved it so much, and I read the sequels too. I have some really old copies that used to be my dad's - they are around here somewhere :/ I can't find them now. My third grader is reading The Little House series in his Christian school this month, and the thers will be on the shelf after a trip to the library. I am blessed with two good readers (and two dead-eyes with their .22 LRs!)
