INSTANT SURVIVAL TIP: Say Moo!

A pantry staple you’ll see on every food storage list is dried milk.  Did you know that you can buy large quantities of dried milk at dairy plants?  A couple of months ago, I purchased a 50 lb. bag for about $45 at our local United Dairymen plant.

I like the quality, and you can pour the dried milk into smaller PETE containers, including clean, dry 2-liter bottles.  When you reconstitute it with water, be sure to let it get ice cold!  It tastes much better that way.
