INSTANT SURVIVAL TIP: Say, “I Can!”

The “prepping” journey can be overwhelming. If you’re just getting started, today, focus on one small area. Canned foods are a pantry staple and a good starting point.

This week keep an eye on sales of canned goods at your local grocery store or compare prices of buying them in bulk at Costco.

Seeing a shelf or two full of canned foods, that your family will actually eat, by the way!, will make you feel as though you’ve taken a giant step toward providing for your family.

You’ll want to keep track of expiration dates, so use a Sharpie to circle the date on each can.
